GoogleProspect Estate Agents have provided my partner and I with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has allowed us to relocate to the Wokingham Area hassle free. Our viewing with the estate agent, Chase Jacobs, was faultless. Chase proved to be an excellent communicator prior to and during the viewing, very honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding area. The referencing and contract process was straight forward, and help was always available at every step of way. We moved in during a Bank Holiday Weekend. The check in process and inventory was completed thoroughly, informatively, and professionally, despite this being an extremely busy period for the Estate Agents. Note that all documents at this stage are promptly provided to the tenant(s) electronically (emailed) for your own personal records. Prior to moving into the property, all of the requested alterations had been made, including redecorating several rooms. Since moving in, we have discover very minor issues including a few of the interior doors not closing smoothly. However, this has not been an issue as the Property Manager (Gemma Worrall) arranged for the appropriate contractors to visit the property within 48 hours of being informed of the very minor issues. Therefore, I also praise the efficiency of the Property Management services that Prospect offer.

From my first contact with Prospect back in September, nothing has been too much trouble for Matt - if he was not immediately available he always returned my calls promptly and was happy for me to visit the property as often as I liked (also sending through progress photos as the conversion progressed). He even offered to wait at the property for a delivery due before I moved in!

I have been a customer of Prospect Estate Agency since 2017 and am always happy with the services they provide. From buying the property to letting them managing it while being rented out. They are always patient and value their customers. We are very busy with work and are usually slow in replying their emails but they have been always been very helpful and help us managing the property well.

I am in the unfortunate and unenviable position of being a tenant, and am having to deal with the Bracknell branch. I can sadly confirm that certain individuals employed there are duplicitous, unethical and highly unprofessional (there are numerous instances of shameless dishonesty), which is arguably the worst kind of behaviour in terms of your peace of mind as a tenant. I would not recommend this organisation to my worst enemy!

Maidenhead branch. Useless. Trying to sell our flat, even gave them a cash buyer who had come direct to us. 11 weeks later, after only ever chasing them, our buyer told us she was pulling out. She had told the estate agent over 2 days beforehand, they just didn’t bother to pass it on to us. Oh don’t use the legal firm they recommend either - they also did nothing unless chased.

Called up as cash buyer to view a house in Morland Rd Aldershot and was told it was not possible due to my current property not being sold (despite having cash in the bank to buy the Aldershot house).Tried to explain but not interested.Asked the old lady who answered the phone to delete all my details as not dealing with a company incapable of qualifying an incoming call.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with the property management team at Prospect.Most recently I have been working with Dani Smith to resolve an issue in the property following some remedial works.Dani showed a great deal of tenacity in helping me get hold of a lot of fiddly details from both the tenants and contractors. The communications have been quick, and straightforward and she’s made the issue much easier to deal with.

Googlehave been stable professionals, As a first time landlord, I have nothing but praise for the Prospect Team in Wokingham. From our first contact, discussing the services provided, back office support, contract negotiation to signing Prospect as my letting agent was a smooth & seamless process. They easily outshone the completion in their professionalism, responsiveness and competitive package of services. In the 2+ years I've been using them as my letting agent, their client base has been second to none, all my tenants the vetting process has been smooth and painless and so far I have only had 2 weeks without tenants (ideal for conducting routine maintenance etc). Their Property Management Team are the real stars of the organisation. They maintain regular contact with both myself and my tenants. I never get any surprises relating to the condition of my property and they are always proactive when managing the day to day issues that arise (rarely arise I hasten to add). They have maintained a level of communication above and beyond what I expected at the start of our partnership, instilling confidence that they are always striving to be the best at what they do. In addition, they have a stable team which means I'm always talking to someone who understands my needs and knows the property intimately. All in all they easily score 5 stars!!

GoogleTurned up to a viewing, waited around for half an hour. Finally got hold of someone to find out no one from letting’s was even in work that day. We had to call them to try and rebook, not even phased that they had wasted our Saturday morning. Complete clowns

GoogleBeing the first time that I have had to move out and relocate for a job Prospects found me a property within 30 second walking distance from where I will be working and the best property we have seen out of many. I have had to ask so many questions regarding the move as it is something completely new to me but the lady I have been dealing with has been more than helpful and couldn't be more efficient. Highly recommend!
