TrustpilotVery poor client services
Very poor client services, Most of the time staff is out of office with no proper backup to respond to client. My property management was taken over by Prospect from Wilkinson and we were with them with excellent service for almost 10 years. With Prospect, its very frustrating as no body takes any responsibility or attention to clients queries.

TrustpilotA hugh 'Thank You' to you both.
A hugh 'Thank You' to two Bracknell staff, Beckie Baxter and Dani Smith. They have been so attentive every time I've had a problem or an issue that needs dealing with. Fast, friendly and good attention to detail. I'm sure these ladies have plenty of other people to deal with but they really make you feel as if you are the focus of their time. So again, Thank You and, stay safe. James Lacey.
