We thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.

should not give that one star itself and have got that much frustration with Prospect and their home. They haven't done any checks before handing over the home to me and it's been a week since I am struggling to get my issues sorted. Worst service by prospect and no one is responding promptly. I don't want to name people here and please check with other agencies for good home if you are looking for your family.

Tried to sell my flat through Prospect Bracknell. When the fourth buyer dropped out, I withdrew from the process. We went from "yes, I'm sure we can get you £285K" to crashing out 16 months later at £265K. Staff were mostly pleasant (although each one opened every conversation asking how I was - even if we'd spoken five minutes before!) except one. However, I am disappointed at their inability to introduce a serious buyer or recognise the time wasters or to accept any responsibility for the failure to sell the flat, describing the loss of four buyers as "bad luck".

I had a nightmare experience dealing with Toby from Prospects (Reading branch). I have placed an offer on the property last week and then considering everything into account e.g. interest rates we decided to request the seller for a renegotiation on the offer and I have Toby arguing with me in a very unpleasant manner, eventhough I tried to patiently explain the matter and also apologising, he still continued to tell me off saying it was waste of his time. Eventhough we wanted to push ourselves to buy, he did not respect our views and finally made us to withdraw ourselves. I have dealt with many estate agents so far and did not have this kind of experience.
