TrustpilotA big disappointment
I’m currently renting and highly disappointed and disgusted with the services I’m receiving. It’s been a month I rented and I haven’t been sitting in my living room. The first sofa delivered was bug infested and the second was nothing to accept considering the amount of money I’m paying. Took two weeks plus to deliver bed, mattress, and wardrobe. I’m tired of calling and no positive response from the agency. I regret renting this flat 😡

TrustpilotBeckie Baxter - great Property Manager
Thanks to Beckie Baxter being a landlord with Prospects has been much easier. Basically any estate agent is only as good as its Property Manager, and luckily for me (and Prospects) Beckie is excellent. Always available for advice, and quick to nip any potential problems in the bud.

TrustpilotGreat service
Whilst we didn't book a property through Prospect, we were impressed with the professionalism Luke Richardson showed. He was understanding of schedules and took time to ensure we could see the houses at our pace. There was neither any rush while viewing or incessant follow ups post viewing. Recommend Prospect Winnersh and Luke.

GoogleBeth Murphy was hands down the best estate agent that I have come across - I have tried most of the high street agents and they haven’t come close.

GoogleFirst time renting through Prospect in Wokingham and I am amazed at the level of service, care and support we’ve received from Matteo and Charlotte. They have both been absolutely wonderful, Matteo really went above and beyond, and they helped us secure a tenancy. Working with them has been a pleasure and they have made the process easy and smooth. Hands down the best agency we’ve worked with.

Rented a property through Prospect. They made the whole process very easy and were very quick to resolve any issues we had whenever they arose. Agnese is an absolute asset to the company and was incredibly helpful and supportive for the duration of our tenancy.

TrustpilotGreat experience
We recently sold our property with Prospect, and we were very impressed with their professional and personal approach. This is the second time we have worked with them, and both times they have provided excellent service. In the past, we have had some negative experiences with other local estate agents when looking for housing. However, Prospect has restored our faith in the industry.

TrustpilotMaidenhead office - move fast
Recently used the Maidenhead office of Prospect to rent my flat. I was told the team were fast, but they exceeded my expectations. Harrison was on the case immediately and my flat was signed up and rented within 10 days. All done with a smile and good attention to detail.
