Rosemary has been absolutely stellar and moved so FAST! We saw the house and made an offer on Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had signed the contract and getting ready to get our keys. It feels surreal, especially knowing bureaucracy usually takes such long time, but now we can be in our new home just in time for Christmas. Massive thank you to Rosemary for being amazing, on the ball, and overall wonderfully supportive in this entire process. Definitely recommend them 100% if you're looking for your next ideal place.

I was so pleased to have chosen Marin and Co to sell my property. I had consulted four after looking at a lot of websites. Of those, I already like Martin and Co’s. I found it clear, informative, nicely presented and easy to use and I hoped that potential buyers would do so too. All the Agents I spoke to were clearly knowledgeable about the local market and selling prices of similar properties, but Erica particularly drew out factors to distinguish one from another in arriving at her market valuation. I was also impressed by the informative buyers pack that is provided to viewers. I thought their photos and particularly their 360 degree images presented my property to best effect and hoped they would be helpful to potential buyers. Their team of sales negotiators were superb, very professional in all respects - their meeting and greeting of buyer and, their careful noting of key particulars to ensure the most accurate and comprehensive information was provided.Their communications were exemplary, always quick to respond and ensuring all interested parties were kept informed of developments at all times.
