GoogleAmelia was very professional, and very attentive to what I was looking for in a new home. She was persistent in making sure that I got to see a property, even though there were many missed calls and messages between the 2 of us. She was knowledgeable about the property, as well as knowledgeable to this foreigner about the subject of rentals in the UK and how the market works. Thanks Amelia.

She arranged a same day viewing, I sent in an offer the next morning and she called to say it was agreed by the landlord within a couple hours! Fast, professional, transparent service. Highly recommended!

GoogleI offered the asking price on a property in Orchard Place in Wokingham recently and was notified that the property had been sold. They didn’t even contact me to see if I wanted to increase my offer!! From that, all I can establish is that all they care about is their commission and not getting the best price for their clients! 👎🏻😞

GoogleChancellors have been excellent from the first day my partner and I started using them, we have had to postpone our search for now due to current circumstances but as for the service they have provided I couldn't expect better communication and frequent updates on suitable properties.
