GoogleGood and helpful estate agents. Prioritised us to let us know when houses came on the market that they thought we'd like. Set a realistic (and ultimately achievable) asking price for our house. The customer liaison (Sandra) was particularly good to deal with.

Googleexperiencing what they are like to try and buy a house from, I would never consider selling through them, as they didnt really seem to have the buyers interest in mind. Kept taking us to see places which didn't even vaugly fit brief.
