GoogleAbsolute WORST service ever from the WORST estate agents in Woking. I wanted to go through and rent a property and was told i was going to be rang back by the manager, but did they ever call back? NO . So i chased her up but every time i rang she was "on the phone" so we were told we were getting rang back but never did and then heard nothing else so went through a different agent. So basically they just didn't want to deal with us. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleProbably, one of the worst agencies we have to deal with. They don't get back to you even after a number of phone calls and emails. We have been waiting for our deposit to be paid back to us as they promised this will happen last week, still no sign of our money. We don't even know in which deposit protection scheme they put your deposit on. Numerous emails numerous phone calls, and nothing. Very frustrating and worrying thinking that they have £1,300 of our money!

GoogleI have been assisted by Seymours on two occasions to find a residence in Woking and in both occasions Seymours have been a great help to me. Everyone I have dealt with so far in Seymours have been so patient with me and always ready to help with a smile on their face. Be it Katherine who showed me so many places on a very short notice or be it Mike and Ella who took care of the process so efficiently and with ease. I didn't have to think twice when opting for Seymours for the second time when I was again searching for a residence in Woking. It is not just their efficient way of handling individual requests but also the cordial and personal touch which makes dealing with Seymours so pleasant.

Googlewe moved to Surrey from being out of the country for some time. Had so many questions about renting and finding the right property for us. We didn't have much time available to actually go and look at a lot of properties. Michael Mottram took the time to find out our requirements and needs. He suggested certain areas and properties and found us a gem of a property to rent. Highly recommend asking for Michael.
