We rented one, then bought two properties through Seymours Woking. The agents of Seymours were highly professional in all cases. We viewed a lot of properties to find the suitable ones to buy. They provided us the many viewings with maximal flexibility and helped us with professional advice. After the offers had been accepted, Diana Gilbert, the conveyancing manager provided us invaluable assistance to in the procedure to complete the purchases. Having the transaction completed I instructed Seymours to let the flat we bought. They marketed the property and could let it to a reliable tenant quickly. The property has been let for two months, they managed all aspects of letting perfectly.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Seymours as a renter. I had a difficult time finding the 'right' property, made more difficult in that I really had to travel to my new area. Seymours were very professional and helped me find a property that I really loved. Over the three years that I lived there, they helped deal with any issues that came up (shower problems, a fence that was starting to lean after a big storm, they even called in an emergency plumber when I first moved in and couldn't locate the main water supply!). The initial check in and inventorying process was very thorough and well explained. The final check it was handled very professionally. I really cannot rate the team in Woking highly enough!

From the moment our house was valued through to the completion of sale the service from the Seymour team was superb and extremely professional. A very competitive value was set and achieved. We had two buyers pull out through no fault of Seymours but the team kept going and found us the right buyer and quickly. Very pleased with the service I receive from everyone at Seymours. Particularly pleased with the on-going support for repairs and liaising with the tenants. Having now let out two properties with two previous agents I can highly recommend Seymours. They return telephone calls and emails within the same working day and appear to have great internal communications within the team. They keep everyone up to date when organising work to be carried out - the landlord, tenants and trades people. This is not my experience of other agents.

Seymours estate agents were the best agency I had with in the area when my girlfriend and I were looking for our first home. The Agent Luca offered me a range of potential property’s that were accurate to our key criteria. Everyone that worked at Seymours managed me throughout the whole buying process and kept me updated on a regular basis which took all the stress away from us. They fitted all there correspondence around my busy schedule which made them so much easier to deal with. The staff really went above and beyond what they had to in order to provide the very best service.
