GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with the Lettings Manager, Liz Gamlen, who has been superb to deal with. She has managed all our queries in a timely and professional manner and nothing has been too much trouble. Having to move during this difficult period has become stress free with Liz’s support and we are very much looking forward to moving into our new home in a few weeks time with the assurance that Seymours will take care of us during our tenancy. GoogleVery impressed dealing with Seymours at all levels. We were looking for the right flat for a long time and (unlike other estate agents) Seymours understood what we were looking for and only spoke to us about properties that were around our requirements. They were also helpful and professional with the offer, mortgage and buying processes too. Having dealt with most of the estate agents in Woking during the whole process (and previously while renting), I can highly recommend using Seymours and we will do so when we come to sell.

GoogleGreat experience buying our first home in the UK with Seymours. Clarissa, Ashleigh and Zo took really good care of our needs and were extremely helpful through the process right from finding a home putting down the offer till we finally exchanged. We have dealt with many estate agents in the last one year for our house hunt but working with and finally finding a home for us with Seymours was a breeze. Highly recommend speaking to them first before registering with anyone else in Woking.

GoogleThey are absolutely brilliant and helpful while they are trying to find you a place to rent however after the tenancy agreement is signed, then a completely different story begins. The management team are very un-supportive when it comes to deal with issues in the property. It takes weeks and weeks to sort out concerns regarding things important in the properties. Most of the time my property manager did not bother to answer my calls or give me prompt updates about the cases. I shared this person with other friends that rented with Seymours and their experience was the same. Every time it needs to be myself who asks about current status. It took us 4 weeks to have a new fridge, several weeks to fixed the oven (ongoing) and other issues were not to progress to a solution (water pressure). If you don't fall in love with a property rented by Seymour, my personal advise is to avoid them.

We contacted them with our requirements, and the letting negotiator, Dan Kontis, sent us a list of properties that matched our requirements. He arranged viewings, and everything from there was super well-coordinated with supreme grace through to the offer -no surprises.
