GoogleI am with Seymour's nearly 3 years. Very Professional, and helpful. Overall expectation and recommendation is excellent. It is fully managed by Seymour's and service is excellent. Whenever, any issue they have send an email or call me whether they can fix it or not. They will explain me the overall cost for fixing as well. If i am not happy, they don't do it that work. After tenant moved out, we need to go for TDS to resolve the issue. I asked Seymour's to do this and paid £100. They haven't asked me what document needed to submit and they haven't asked me how much ? They have submitted irrelevant document and irrelevant figure to TDS. TDS rejected appeal because of Agent's Fault. Now. It is fully managed property, they have all document and proof thus why i gave this work to them. Finally, I was disappointed (not the money received, But, the service I have received)

GoogleThe friendly and professional Seymours team were brilliant in helping me find my house with lots of properties on their books. After I made an offer, the process was then managed efficiently by the client relationship manager who answered questions and pushed things along. I used the Seymours recommended mortgage advisor and their recommended solicitors which really helped things move forward rapidly as it felt like one team working together. I love my new house and am grateful to Seymours for helping me start the next phase of my life. Highly recommend!

GoogleI am currently in the process of buying a new build and have been in touch with Billy. He is someone I highly recommend as you can tell he genuinely wants to help people find a house. Having worked in an estate agents myself (albiet a few months) I have seen that some people don't really care and are just in it for the money and promotions. But Billy's communication is very good and gave me several options. All concerns were resolved quickly by Billy and so I rate his customer service as very good.
