GoogleUpdate: down from 4 to two stars. Seymours Management Moving team is the worst, I have been dealing with Emily, who has been very incompetent and misleading, she didn't manage to keep effective communication throughout the process. When I was handed they keys, the flat did have problems, especially we with the cleaning, so dirty toilets, yellow under the toilets seat, dirty oven, disgusting washing machine , disgusting dish washer, dirty curtains and carpets with spots. We were promised a deep clean before we move our stuff, but they failed to stick to their promise at every turn. We were promised to a clean after we moved it, but they could not arrange it to our schedule ( funny knowing that they had the time to do it before we move in and it is essentially their fault ) In addition to the problems with the cleaning of the flat, the flat had many issues, Shower head leaking, loose lighting, loose door handles, lose shower head holder, run down wardrobes, 9 light bulbs out, bathroom sink drainage is so slow it is almost blocked and curtains with cuts in them. The main problem was with Emily who promised a clean and delivered nothing a series of miscommunications (in best case) and lies (in worst case). we are a week in and at almost any level our wishes was not taken seriously, a week and the clean up was not sorted, and instead of putting our stuff in the flat, my wife had to start cleaning and wasting her time off on something that should had been taken care of by our letting agent who is managing the flat. The moving in experience is the worst, If you are going to use seymours ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ first time to use Seymours to find a rental property, I first called them to ask about a property and I was promised that details will be sent but nothing happened, after that I called again, but this time we got in touch with Angela, who was very helpful and informative, she gave us a good understanding of the process and what is the average rent in the area based on our search critiera. The property we will rent is managed by Seymours, so not sure if they will be good or not, that will be up to them, and I will send another review about that soon.

GoogleI recently purchased a property as an investment to let and decided to let it with Seymours after I met with Ashleigh. He gave me great advice, he followed everything really well. He is such a professional and great person to trust and leave your management to Seymours. I had the property on the 5th of August, the tenant moved just in 2 weeks on the 19th of August. I was not expecting that fast it is going to be rented without some maintenance, but everything is possible in the trusted great team of Seymours. Sabine helped with the swift letting process. Special thanks to both of you, and all the letting team.

GoogleWe really liked a property and sent them an enquiry. Confirmed a viewing date with them and then they said that there are several similar properties and that we could view them on the same day. On the day they took us to 3 different places and then told us that the one we liked wasn’t available for viewing. What a waste of time. On top of that the agent was outright rude. Asked him where can I park, and he gave instructions of now steer right and then steer left instead of pointing at which parking space I could use. I asked for a viewing, not a driving lesson.

GoogleI am highly recommend Seymours Lettings Woking We have recently used them to relocate from London to Surrey whilst we are waiting for our property purchase to go through. Everyone without exception has been so helpful and understanding from Tom and Dan on the viewing team to all Amanda Anna and Rachel in the moving in team. There will always be issues along the way but I know with Seymours I can trust them to get any issues sorted quickly and efficiently. If they say they will call you back they do if you need to report a fault it’s taken care of without delay and you also receive a follow up communication to make sure the problem was resolved to your satisfaction.
