GoogleWe rented properties managed by Seymours for 6 years. They provide a good range of properties and have an excellent moving in process. Once you have moved into the property the service deteriorates drastically. Emails are ignored or receive inconsistent responses and repairs take months to complete. The longest repair we dealt with would have taken over 18 months to complete if we had stayed in the property.
When moving out, they will provide a long list of issues that they will be charging for. They back down fairly quickly if you challenge them.
I'm sure they are great for landlords, but they provide a terrible experience for tenants.
