GoogleVery unprofessional team. Too busy laughing and joking with one another to actually help. Upon entering the office the young blonde girl kept laughing in our face. It’s rude and unprofessional. Further to this, we provide all of our details with a promise of a call back the next day and potential viewing but we have yet to hear from them. Very disappointing.
EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 3. Following my review the managers (Taylor & Lisa) called my husband and myself to apologise for our experience and the behaviour of the staff. I very much appreciate the call back and acknowledgment, knowing that they take client reviews seriously is reassuring.
