There is not enough stars to adequately rate Martin & Co Woking Letting & Estate Agents. Mr Ian Simpkins represents this company and is a marvel to work with. Words like professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring…are just few adjectives i’d use to describe this man. 3 years ago i had just arrived legally as a foreigner and wanted a suitable place to stay and accordingly process visas for my family to join me. I walked into several Agents offices but could not get help as the list of demands was just too big for me. I was fortunate the minute i walked into Martin & Co Woking Letting & Estate Agents. Ian gave me a seat and listened to me assessed my situation and found a way to help me. 4 weeks later my family arrived and we are ever grateful to Martin & Co. The journey with Ian did not end there and I’d like to thank you for being there every time we need something actioned, for all your useful recommendations & suggestions that saved us time & money…and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well. What Ian and team bring to the table, aside from their knowledge, skills & contacts, is genuine care for your clients & their property for which there is no substitute. Remember" What you did for us, also do for others".Thank you & keep up the great work!!! Poslyne & KennedyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Martin & Co is an Agency which I've rented my first flat after moving to the UK. With my far from perfect English, without history as a tenent it's been quite impossible goal to rent a independent flat. It's happened only thanks to Them. They have been absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all the help, support, guidance and patience they’ve offered me. I was very fortunate and lucky to have them. A massive thank you to Ian and his colleagues for highly professional support, help, kindness, understanding and smile. I wish them all best of luck and strongly recommend Martin & Co to everyone. Thank you. 🙏PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am currently letting my rental property through Martin & Co, and so far, I have had a truly brilliant and smooth experience. This is due to the level of professionalism from Carmine and the team; who are also friendly and transparent in their communications, which has given me great confidence in their services. I highly recommend this agency.

This was our first time renting out our house, we were a little concerned about the best way of proceeding. From the very first meeting with Carmine we felt we were in good hands which left us with a greater understanding of the whole process and feeling far more confident about going ahead. Our first instincts proved to be right, Carmine was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable which made the decision to use Martin & Co very easy. Whilst most of our contact was with Carmine on the odd occasion when we spoke to Reece, Ian and Natasha they were also very professional and friendly. In short the whole team were excellent, working hard on our behalf and we are very happy with the service.

We moved to Martin & Co from another high street agency because they were charging high fees and gave poor service. Martin & Co were recommended to me by a friend, and the team there have been excellent. We discussed fees and settled on a fair %age for full management, the team have found good tenants, and completed proper referencing each time. The property management team have been excellent, offering sound professional advice on what needs doing and when, and finding trades who charge the right price for good reliable work (and I don't mean cheapest, I'm happy to pay the proper rate for proper professional work). If things continue this way, then I expect to have a long, mutually beneficial relationship with a great team.

From start to finish the team at Martin & Co have been great. They treat all of their clients, landlords and tenants, well. The staff are always helpful. During my three year tenancy I cannot fault the way we, as tenants, were dealt with. Thanks Guys - much appreciated.

Having to move unexpectedly - during the pandemic no less! - is always stressful, but Natasha has been so friendly and helpful throughout the process, it's made life 100% easier. From viewing the property to getting the insurance set up, she has been so good at communicating and helping me through. Martin and Co offer a great, full rounded service. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to move!

I used Martin & Co (Carmine De Feo particularly) for a recent house move and have nothing but praise for him and the company. He was quick to facilitate a COVID-19 restriction compliant viewing so I could see the property in person. He was incredibly knowledgable about the property and all of the specifications, and answered my questions almost immediately if I had any. Based on the service provided and the quality of the apartment I was quick to pay the holding deposit and undergo referencing which was incredibly quick and painless and I was handed over to the managing agent soon after. All in all, I would whole-heartedly recommend Martin&Co to anyone wishing to relocate in the Woking area, great service!
