We can’t say enough about how excellent the team at Martin & Co have been. Initially, we came to them to start the process to get quotes to refurbish an elderly relative’s flat in Woking. They were very helpful with project managing the requests for quotes, giving advice on what would be expected by someone letting in the area, relevant pricing, yields, etc. Circumstances then changed and we decided to sell. Carmine, Reece and the team were very understanding, and totally supportive and at no point were we made to feel that we’d wasted their time. Then came the task of putting the flat on the market, at a time when interest rates were peaking and it was quickly turning into a buyer’s rather than seller’s market. They were very professional and as helpful in selling as they were in preparing to become letting managers. Each step was as stress-free as they could make it. Being a letting management company they had a pool of clients they could send particulars to, which meant we knew the property wouldn’t sit on for sale signs for a long time. Reece was exceptional in ensuring we were kept in touch at every stage. We have just completed and are very happy with the level of service and expertise we’ve received. Thank you Reece, Carmine and all at Martin & Co!

I am a small-scale landlord, and own two luxury flats in Woking, which I have entrusted to Martin & Co to fully manage for me. The income from these flats enables me to run a small charity on a voluntary basis, and knowing that I don't have to worry about any aspect of this venture gives me great peace of mind. I know that Martins will quickly deal with any issue that arises - they have found me some great tenants and they share my ethos of treating everyone fairly. In any property, however new and however luxurious, maintenance problems are inevitably going to arise. With their years of experience, honest approach and network of approved suppliers, all such issues have been quickly resolved by the Martins team. This morning, I called into the office as I had a small accounts query (entirely my misunderstanding) and I was inspired to write a review by their great customer service. As always, I was recognised, welcomed, and my query dealt with in the blink of an eye. The whole team, while quick to resolve issues, have also taken the time and trouble to get to know me and my circumstances - and I always step away from the premises feeling that I am a valued customer. Thank you Martins - I could't recommend your service more.

We love this place/house. Nathaniel was very good in showing us the flat. Very chatty and initiative. Followed up again on things we had requested for like getting professional cleaning done. He is always available too when we are need of anything and transfers us to the rightful person if he cannot handle it himself. Very professional young man. Been in the flat for 2 weeks now . Glitches here and there with the plumbing and stove. Fixed plumbing ourselves but waiting on response about the stove. Overall beautiful flat,beautiful service . Keep it up!

Myself and my partner worked with Claudia Johnson through the entire process of viewing, applying for, and letting our new apartment in Woking. From beginning to end she made the process incredibly smooth, professional and painless. From the day of viewing she was available to answer any questions at all of the property I might have, and there was no question that caught her out or that she didn't answer with extensive knowledge and honesty. Any query I had for the rest of the process was answered for me very quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. Many letting agents I've engaged with have come across as just trying to sell you something with honeyed words and a false friendly smile. We contacted Martin & Co Woking at their office asking to rent a house in the Woking area. They welcomed us warmly and explained to us the available options. After short-listing a property we have been hosted twice by Ms Chrysoula on short notice for the viewing session for the same property. As we had pressing circumstances and had to move into the house urgently, Ms Chrys helped us a lot in completing our renting agreement within less than a couple of weeks. Later after moving in we have been contacting Mr Ian to close the maintenance balance items and he was responding very quickly and effectively. On rare occasions when Ms Chrys and Mr Ian were on leave or not available in the office, their colleagues M. Carmine and Mr Reece used to respond efficiently on their behalf so we have never contacted the office for help or a question and had no response! I found Martin & Co staff are very kind, honest, and supportive persons, they provide accurate information and respond to queries and requests very promptly and professionally. They are doing great in listening to their customers and has the patience to understand and satisfy their customer needs and requirements. I would certainly endorse them for the wonderful job they are doing, and strongly recommend Martin & Co as a professional Lettings and Estate agent in the Woking area.

Moving houses always drives me mad, because of the handful of things that you need to do and follow up. But this time me and my husband moving to our new flat was made incredibly easy by our agent Mr. Carmine of Martin and Co.
