GoogleCommunication between tenant and Leaders is terrible. Issues on maintenance also takes a long time to settle. Would not recommend.

GoogleRenters beware, excellent service when viewing and through the process of lettings, however moved into an apartment and immediately noticed several items/appliances broken. 3 months later, not fixed. CPM consistently blames landlords or tradies for delays, which doesn't add up to 3 months without a working washing machine!

GoogleUsual estate agent criminals. Go private, don't use corporate rental companies.

GoogleA big thank-you to leaders for replacing our fridge late on Friday - the same day it broke down. We really appreciate the quick turnaround on this. We managed to still entertain our guests the following day which was a great relief.
