The service from the Bury St Edmunds office is absolutely outstanding. We used them to sell our townhouse in Bury 9 years ago and now I have sold my country home with them. All staff are friendly, extremely kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they know what they are doing.Charlie has been totally, wonderfully helpful with support and advice far above and beyond what would be expected. The last effort to get a Completion date that didn’t send me into total panic was magic.Plus, he drove by two properties I was considering, to advise on offers and suitability. A great experience from start to finish!

We purchased a house earlier this year through Jackson-Stops. Rosanna, who, was our first point of contact was exceptional throughout the whole process, from viewing until the day we completed. She was professional, kind and managed to guide us through a tricky few months and reassure both myself and my husband, with the house sale (which took much longer than anticipated). The icing on the cake was a lovely gift bag on the day we moved in, which was completely unexpected but a really nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosanna and her colleagues from the Bury branch to anyone looking to sell their home or use their services.

Excellent property management

Jackson Stops (and it’s predecessor) has been managing our rental property for 40 years. Margaret Heath has been there almost all that time as our property manager. As we live overseas it is essential that we have reliable, efficient and comprehensive oversight of our property. Margaret has provided excellent service. She responds quickly to queries, keeps a close eye on the property and establishes a good rapport with tenants. She is an asset to the company and deserves the highest regard.

Why use anyone else?

We bought our home in Dullingham via Jackson-Stops 5 years ago. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with then, that when we decided to sell it earlier this year we had no hesitation in using them again. From the moment they took our instruction they were first class in keeping us informed, not just from what was going on, but also liaising with our buyers, our solicitors and our purchase in keeping everyone on the same page. Every time we phoned up, no matter who we spoke to, everyone always knew everything about our file. I would, however, like to say a special mention to Samantha, who not only went out of her way to make sure that everything went through as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even on her days off, but the fact that she took time out in looking after us. She was always available if ever we needed help with anything, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately though, since we've sold, I do miss our morning update chats on the way to work! Thank you for making it happen.

I could not have managed to purchase my home in Newmarket if it wasn't for Lottie at the Newmarket high street location. She did more than what was asked of her and she was very responsive on her emails. With the help of my cousins and Lottie I purchased the property site unseen. Something I have never done. Katie in the Taunton office was just BRILLIANT!

We are English but based in Chicago and were looking to purchase a home in the South West of England as our UK base for our frequent trips 'home'. We were registered with several agents.Jackson-Stops in Taunton were very responsive via both email and over the phone and stood out from the rest. Once we had found a property to view, Katie in the Taunton office as lead agent was nothing short of brilliant! My father did the first viewing for us and Katie very kindly made a video of the property as part of the viewing and sent that to us. 36 hours later we hopped on a plane and with Katie's flexibility were able to view and then put an offer in on the house at the 2nd viewing. Throughout the whole process Katie was professional and knowledgeable and despite a sticky end of the chain snafoo we were able to exchange in the agreed timescales.Katie was also able to recommend an outstanding conveyancing team and with her guidance on the purchase, we really felt that she cared about us much more than a financial transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops in Taunton.
