I have done business with Mark twice on both occasions he was very professional and very helpful ,he has good communication skills, Prompt in getting back to us with any queries we had, During the buying process of the last property, Mark helped me all the way , had problems finding the right conveyances , Mark referred me to a very efficient team who helped me meet the 31/03/15 deadline. He accelerated the buying process, and made sure we got the best deal! Curchods (Woking) were very supportive and epitomise why inernet agents are a bad idea. When it goes wrong (buyer pulling out) you need an agent to reposnd quickly and pull out all the stops to get you back on track -as they did. The staff are friendly and professional and make you feel they are on your side every step of the way. They know the area very well and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
