GoogleWe were amazed that Curchods were able to bring more than 40 sets of people to see our quirky property, leading to an asking price offer. Unfortunately this offer was subsequently withdrawn, but we were impressed by all the efforts the team had made.

GoogleWe were with another agent and weren't getting the results we wanted. From the moment we switched to Curchods, it was a game changer. Curchods seemed to have access to a completely different pool of potential buyers and worked really hard to actually "sell" the property, rather than sticking it on Rightmove and waiting for it to sell itself. Mark and Lee really understood our property and also gave us advice on how to best position ourselves to get the house that we wanted in a competitive market. Highly recommended and wouldn't use any other agent in the area when we move again!

FacebookVery unhappy with the deal.Everything perfect to enter, can not have a complaint in our payments and as neighbors, but when we left the house, surprise, I know they were left with half of the deposit for things that were already wrong and for leaving some new furniture, thinking we were doing all right. In summary very well to enter, but to go out we deal with a person that we do not know and does not really know how the house was, knowing the agent with whom we hired the entrance the poor state and little cleaning of the house.We feel cheated !!!

GoogleCurchod's Woking (Mark and his colleagues) were very helpful in helping to arrange a letting agreement for us recently.
