GoogleIf you see the name Phillip Mconville, run away. I will never be using that estate agency (Atkinson McLeod) ever again. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make you sign a contract and they will not have any problem to lie to your face.

GoogleI have had an awful experience with them. They are very unprofessional, disorganised and they blatantly ignore questions. Also accused us of lying even though we had evidence to prove otherwise. If you are still going to use them, make sure to keep all paper trails.

GoogleIf you want to wait over one month for your deposit, go ahead. The entire team is inconsiderate of your situation anytime it comes to moving out. All the employees are rude as well. If you can avoid them please do.

GooglePersonally, I have found communication with Atkinson McLeod to be speedy and pleasant, in particular when working with Megan. Unfortunately did not find the flat I was after due to a change in personal circumstances. Would recommend.

GoogleUnprofessional service. Called them up, booked an appointment and went there. Turns out my appointment was booked for an hour later! Didn't really deliver option that matched our needs. Won't be inclined to use it again
