The Tunbridge Wells branch has managed my property for several years. They have done this extremely well. The experience has been courteous and professional, staff always available; tenants have been looked after and quickly replaced once they leave; maintenance is attended to quickly with minimum fuss; and rent has been paid-on within a couple of days of receipt. This has been very reassuring as an owner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

Jacqui introduced me to a property that was not on Rightmove yet, as she knew what I was looking for. She advised I view, before having seen an advert or any photos. Then Stephanie worked so hard on the sales progression that we exchanged within 5 weeks. I think this shows how important it is to have a brilliant sales progressor working on your sale/purchase, always on hand to help. The communication was spot on from everyone in the office. It really has been such a pleasant experience and that is solely down to the agent (and my lovely seller of course!).
