Terrible communication, a can't be bothered attitude. Jaded approach, complete lack of enthusiasm made the whole experience very frustrating. They take 1.25% plus vat if successful and for that large sum of money put very little effort in. Cancelled our contract after 6 months. Could make a large list of things that were wrong or didn't happen but following their lead, can't be bothered.

The team at Michael Graham were always extremely courteous and professional throughout the sale of my mum’s property. Simon Gates had an excellent knowledge of the local market, and his valuation was spot on as within 2 weeks Mum had received an offer of the full asking price. She thought it would take a long time to sell, as it needed a lot of work and money to be spent on it so she was very pleased, (though the photographs made it look so wonderful we could hardly recognise it!) Magda dealt with the sale. She always kept me informed of everything that was going on, and was a great help later through a sticky patch. All in all we were very happy with our choice of estate agents. Thank you Simon, Magda and Olly!

We met Rufus at a viewing in Newport Pagnell and although the house was not for us, he has been brilliant during our house hunting process. Rufus calls us regularly, asks for updates and sends us new houses that might be of interest to us. He is always there, when we have a question and responds very quickly to our emails. We were so well looked after with Michael Graham's in the sale of our property in 2021. Having moved from another estate agent who we felt was letting us down, the difference was incredible. We bought our new property through Michael Graham. We viewed a few properties with them which were always easy to arrange. Magda was always very professional and helpful she is a credit to Michael Graham. We were always kept up to speed with the process, they were ahead of our solicitor and building surveyor in keeping us up to date. The only reason this review is not five star is the mess we got into when collecting our keys, this was a Friday afternoon and we were told the keys were ready to collect but nobody at the office seemed to know if the property was vacated and we were left to find out ourselves which felt a little unprofessional and stressful when we were trying to deal with a chain of selling and buying.

I can’t recommend them highly enough, the valuation on our property was realistic and not overly inflated with professional photography that showcased our home beautifully. Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything.Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back.4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email.Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.
