Michael Graham Estate Agents Buckingham team recently helped us to sell our home. From the beginning Luke was professional and personable. The team were present at every viewing keeping us updated with feedback. Once we had an acceptable offer they showed great tenacity keeping in touch with buyers and solicitors, ensuring progress was being made. They were exceptional when it came to exchange, keeping everyone updated and drawing things to a close as quickly and painlessly as possible. We were really impressed, very grateful. Poor Customer Service - Who needs communication...

Awful customer service!!! We took time off work and viewed a property, upon entering the property the young lady simply just said hello and have a look around that was all... didn't provide any information about the house or area. although sometimes it is nice to be left to look around, this felt like there was no interest from the estate agent at all and a real lack of care. When we did ask questions the responses were short and blunt. Upon expressing our interest for the house, she informed all offers had to be made by the end of the week and that it was best and final offers only... We then called back the following day to make an offer to find out they had accepted an offer the day we viewed the property and we were not informed. We were also told that we would not of actually been able to make an offer in the first place as we hadn't yet sold our property, despite the fact we have a mortgage in principle for more than the amount that was not dependant on any equity or profit from our home. we had an initial call where our circumstances were discussed prior to viewing but we were not informed of this even after expressing that we would like to make and offer post viewing at the end of the call.poor customer service, especially for houses that are nearly 3/4 of a millions pounds.

With the uncertainty of Brexit, this was not a good time to sell my house. But Simon and his team never gave up and kept the pressure on. I was living away at the time, so they carried out all the viewings and supported me even after the sale. I even got a card from all the office staff saying congratulations on the sale

Not great.At first, the service seemed promising, but the relentless pressure became unbearable, four calls and four emails a day at one point. Once payment was made, communication dropped entirely.The team was rude and showed little regard for customer service, highlighting their need for training. They treated basic tasks as burdens and expected praise for doing their job.Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Avoid if you can.

Friends say that we were very lucky that our parents home sold straightaway (and I mean within hours) instead of languishing on the Rightmove pages. Personally, I don't think luck played a part. I think it was more down to using the expertise of the Michael Graham team. From the initial valuation to the fantastic pictures (that undoubtedly drew in an audience) and the regular updates throughout the process, we could not of asked for more. I would recommend Michael Graham every time. A huge thank you to you all of you for helping us through what we mistakenly thought would be a difficult time.

He guided us through our sale, keeping us informed at all times, whilst acting with the highest level of professionalism throughout. Although they weren’t the cheapest agent on the market they certainly earn’t their fee and negotiated us a better price than we expected ! Worth every penny. Outstanding.

I would give ZERO star if I could... worst I have ever come across in 40 years!

Bedford branch: made an apt to view a property- agent didn't turn up.Rang their office while I was there- the girl said "it's not in the diary" despite me having confirmation & reminder. Two hours later got a text saying "how did the viewing go". I replied " you didn't turn up" & expected someone will ring me next day & apologise...nobody did. Rang the office to rearrange- no apology from the man but instead suspecting that I'm probably lying but just saying "i will make some enquiries & come back to you". Just before closing time, the girl who arranged the apt rang me & said she is returning my call but doesn't apologise for not turning up. So I ask & she admits that something went wrong at their end, but doesn't talk much except try to rearrange. So I book it for the next day at 2pm & like the first time, I again arrived 2mins early. After nobody shows up the SECOND TIME, I rang them at 2.05pm, another lady says "it's not in the diary" but put me on hold to ask a colleague & then said they tried to ring me to rearrange but I told her I don't have a missed call. Total lie as I checked again... no missed call from anyone! I just couldn't believe that an agent could be that hopeless- never happened in 40 years I have been buying/ selling property!!! She offered to make another apt but I declined... never going to view anything through them again, so be aware of putting your property on the market with this hopeless agent.
