Simon from the Newport pagnell office came to carry out a valuation for us. He was very thorough and helpful and had prepared a lot of information prior to his visit. He then took the time to fully explain the valuation and the process as well as finding out our requirements. We eventually decided not to sell our house but if we had we would have been happy to proceed with Michael Graham and would recommend Simon and his team who have always been extremely helpful

Olly, Simon and Magda were very professional throughout the sale of our house. Olly gave us regular updates and was efficient and responded to any enquiries we made. We had regular feedback with our viewings and the whole team were very helpful and polite. They are a little more expensive than other estate agents, however the service we got was excellent and they sold our house within a few weeks. Fabulous service as always from Simon, I used Michael Graham 5 years ago when I started looking to buy in the area, 5 years on and now living in Newport I am looking to upsize and In my mind the only person I would trust to handle this for me would be Simon. I spoke to Sharon several times who was always helpful and efficient and we met Olly Tice on our viewings who proved to be very helpful, courteous, patient and professional which continued throughout the purchase process resulting in the successful completion of our new home. Many thanks to all at the Newport Pagnell branch of Michael Graham for all their good work which sadly was in contrast to the service we received from the Michael Graham Northampton branch but that is a different story. We Found Michael Graham to be a very professional, customer focused business. They were extremely proactive firstly in selling our house/buying and secondly in seeing the process through to completion. Simon Gates certainly went that extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to keep a difficult chain from breaking, he was in touch with me all the time with updates. He was always available to answer my calls, and on the odd occasion when I left messages, he called back promotly. Which is just what you want from an estate agent.
