GoogleThe company hid behind a bunch a lies to avoid paying back the holding deposit. Unapproachable and very impersonal customer service. I have dealt with several estate agents since and the difference is astonishing. Avoid!

We're disappointed you've chosen to leave us a 1* review after failing referencing for your tenancy application. Unfortunately you failed to disclose your bankruptcy when asked twice, you failed to mention in your application that your sister would also be living with you and you claimed to be living in Spain when we traced you to an address in London. Our clients entrust their property to us and we are required to undertake diligent checks; this was made clear to you in advance.

GoogleFantastic organisation and communication, multiple members of staff with clear roles walking us through the moving process. All paperwork can be signed remotely prior to moving, and everything feels "by the book" with no corners cut in regards to admin.
