FacebookParkers are a great company. Very professional however I advise everyone not to rent the 2 bedroom properties on Woodcote Road Carterton. They are own by 2 landlords and may I say 1 landlord is very very greedy. He didn't allow a 74 year lady who offered to pay 13 thousand upfront for the first year. With the current situation with covid it's absolutely disgusting. I hope them properlys never get rented and the landlord lose out. Once again this is no fault of Parkers they are a great company.

Olivia Brown really looked after me whilst sorting out a dispute between myself and my landlord, she was calm and collective, she had solutions to my queries and problems that arose, she is very knowledgeable and also kind and took into account personal situations going on at the same time. Real credit to the company, glad to have been assigned her to manage the property I stayed in.

Parker's provided a fully managed service for our property in Witney which we rented out for four years whilst we resided abroad, and they then subsequently helped us to sell the house in 2020, despite the unprecedented challenges being faced due to the Covid pandemic. The service and professionalism we received from Parker's throughout the whole process has been exceptional. The staff kept in regular contact with us, even though we were on the other side of the world with a significant time difference, and it was never too much trouble to hold a skype call with us to keep us informed.Parkers secured a sale for us in a matter of weeks, whilst also managing the relationship with the tenants in situ, and they did all this with care and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkers for the knowledge, expertise, skill, and hard work of all the staff, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone's endeavours on our behalf. 5 stars from us!

Timely responses to questions and a very smooth system to complete the necessary checks and paperwork made the process a lot easier than we ever expected. We were looking to move from London to somewhere in central Oxfordshire, we used all the websites, Rightmove Zoopla etc used local contacts and really didn't have much luck, we decided to drive around the areas we most took a liking to Witney being one of them, we peered through the window one sunny Sunday afternoon and saw a couple of properties that interested us, we called and a real person answered the phone... wow, it got better they clearly had a grasp of the diary and even more shocking was that the provided robust advise about Covid mitigations in place for viewing, we viewed the property almost immediately made an offer the same day, this was communicated to the landlord and we were informed of the yes decision by both phone and email, I think they were only slightly less excited than we were. From the first contact they have been professional, yet friendly, timely yet understanding.If I opened a letting agent this is how I would want my team to behave, it's not made up, its not fake, It's genuine, authentic, open and honest if you believe that behaviour drives culture then this has to be your preferred choice.

TrustpilotIncompetent, negligent, and apathetic
I’ve rented with a total of 5 lettings agents and never have I been met with such incompetence, negligence, and apathy as when I rented with Parkers. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of, and when they do finally answer the phone, they are rude and patronising. They ask to send documents which you’ve previously given them and do all they can to suck any money out of you without an ounce of empathy. If I ever have to rent again or am in the fortunate enough position to rent out a property myself, Parkers would be the very last company I choose. Frankly, I hope someone takes over the management and teaches them all a lesson in good customer service.

As we reside in a different country we left the management of renting out our property completely to Parker’s and they have been excellent throughout the whole process. They have dealt with any issues promptly and effectively and always kept us updated and informed with any developments. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody thinking of letting their property - I cannot fault the experience we have had in using them, they have made the process very easy for us!
