I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Everyone at the agency that I have spoken to were 5* with me, and they were always available to help.

Working with Jean-Pierre and Di was a delight. We all know how stressful renting a property can be, particularly during these times, but they really made the process smooth and easy for us. Their great communication and their honesty (something you rarely find with estate agents) were what impressed us most. Both my flatmate and I are very grateful to them both and would recommend their service to anyone!

Excellent Customer Service. Brian who organised the sale was always on hand to answer queries and my property was put up for sale very quickly. Brian fully supported me throughout the sale, particularly liaising with both mine and the buyers' solicitors to ensure everything was on track and that we were ready for completion. GoogleExtremely poor agents with a voracious and insatiable appetite for extracting every possible penny from their unfortunate tenants. Their website, comically, makes boasts about their ethical credentials, but the reality is very different. Repeated requests for the return of the part of our deposit held in excess of the new government maximum were roundly ignored, until eventually after much persistence a brief and high-handed note was received stating they were not legally obliged to do so. Not legally obliged no, but morally and honourably obliged surely. They've had more than 10 years of unearned interest from our deposit and you'd think that'd be sufficient for them. But instead they rely on the absolute letter of the law to squeeze their poor tenants as hard as they possibly can. A shameful and immoral company. Avoid if you possibly can.

Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.

Andrews made the process of finding new tenants seamless, start to finish it was easy and from my perspective almost effortless. They found a new tenant really quickly and provided paperwork that was clear and understandable. They were responsive to any queries I had and remained professional throughout the whole experience. I can thoroughly recommend them.
