GoogleSuch a massive lack of communication and organisation within the company at Witney moving into a rented property everything was left to the last second despite us having to chase them multiple times and eventually the final thing was sorted on the day we were supposed to be moving in. Fast forward to moving out and so far it's been 3 weeks and we still haven't had our deposit back despite multiple calls back and forth being told we need to get confirmation to release the deposit from the landlord even though that was done almost immediately. Never have I ever had the misfortune of dealing with a company that is so disorganised and has such a lack of communication.
