GoogleWe’ve been renting from cmrent for 2 years now and after 1 year we had to move out because the landlord was selling and with the help of jordane and Yasmin they found us a new apartment and now we are renewing Becky has been excellent to work with so Alround cmrent have a good team no complaints top class

GoogleWould not rent from cm rent again. Not that helpful Christine was extremely rude and patronising and not helpful at all I avoided speaking to her if possible. the only person who was helping and understanding was Becky. Avoid this company

GoogleMy husband and I recently rented a property through CM Rent Witham. We found a place we loved, they happily accommodated our work schedules to ensure we had a chance to view it and within 10 days, we had the keys! Isla and Jordane have been absolutely brilliant. Both have been really responsive to my (many, many!) questions and were absolute pleasures to deal with. Really appreciate all the help in renting our new home, thanks to the whole team at CM Rent!

GoogleRecently moved with cm rent, viewing was arranged efficiently and all communication was 5 star from the start! Jasmin was very bubbly, professional, helpful and attentive. Property was left immaculate move in day was smooth can't fault the branch as whole!

Google‘CM RENT AND SALES ‘ Was amazing in helping me and my partner find the right flat for us. We went with other estate agents and no one came close to making us feel as welcome as everyone at CM RENT AND SALES. We found Katherine was so helpful polite and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed very promptly by phone or email. I highly recommend. The whole process was great and I hope everyone else gets the same experience we did.

GoogleWhat a fantastic estate agents... Yasmin is always happy to help, conscientious and polite and Becky has been absolutely outstanding. CM Rent just sold my flat for me, and whilst I have been an anxious, stressed mess Becky has supported me, chased everything at every opportunity, and then some, and has gone above and beyond her role. I couldn’t have done it without her, and the fee I paid for the service was worth every penny, I couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Becky your a star x

GoogleWhat a lovely team; Jordane, Yasmin and Tom have all been absolutely brilliant. The whole process from finding a property to the moving in has been a pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they're always just on the other end of the phone and their communication is superb! I personally find with most other estate agents they have an overwhelming need to oversell (a moldy carrot could be the best carrot the planet has ever seen) we didn't get any of that at all with CMRent - honest, upfront and no BS :). Thanks Jordane and the team :).

GoogleI had a really good experience with Andrei. He was easy to get hold of, explained everything clearly, and made the process of renting a place much less stressful. He didn’t rush anything and actually listened to what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Would definitely go through him again

GoogleMy advice to any landlords thinking of using CM Rent to manage a property would be to double check that the inspections are being carried out on time and ask for a full report with lots of photos of your property. Our recent experience has not been good, they charge a lot of money for doing very little. Communication is poor. You will need to keep on top of them.

GoogleAppalling would never use again. You get hung up on if you have an issue they can’t be asked to deal with. You wait 2/3 months for an email back. Electrical faults have not been dealt with after 4 months. They don’t care once you have signed your tenancy ageement. Staff are rude could not care less about their tenants. Never experienced a service as poor as this. Save your money time and stress go elsewhereNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am currently using CM to rent from and I can say it’s been quite a good service. Spoken to at least 3 different members of staff and they all have their own good qualities. Mostly dealt with by Becky and Dan and can’t fault them. Quick to respond via e-mail and always answer the phone when called and try to help with any queries I have. Have a great personal relationship and asks you questions about you and gets to know you rather than just another number on the system

I have 2 dogs so is always very hard to rent but this was no issue for Yasmin, Only took just over a week from viewing to moving in. Fees are slightly more then other agents but worth it for the professional service. Would definitely recommend. Five star keep it up.
