GoogleCan’t exspress how happy I was using CM RENT... I have never liked moving but the moment I was met by a lady Jordane, I felt stress free and comfortable straight away... She always kept me updated and always polite, I cant thank you enough.. And if I ever have to move again, il be sure to come back.

GoogleI was looking for a buy to let property. cmRent & Sales were excellent. They sourced me a property offering a good yield. They also arranged my mortgage with a lovely lady called Elaine who specialised in buy to let mortgages. Once the sale went through they had a great professional tenant lined up for me. I chose their full management service also which has been excellent. They always keep me up to date with everything going on and the staff are very friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly

They took the time too listen to my requirements, & sent me details consistently of new properties that came to the market. I eventually purchased a property through CMrent & Sales and everything went through perfectly. Because of the excellent service I received I decided to let my property through them as well, the whole process has been very smooth & not stressful at all!
