GoogleAll over you when wanting to sell house but don't want to know when sale falls through.
Hi Pam, Having read your recent review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following a detailed appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with individuals involved at our Witham office, it would appear file notes outline a different view to your own as the sale completed in November 2021. You may recall your original sale did not go ahead as the property was down valued by the surveyor which was unfortunately beyond our control. However, we remarketed your property and had five independent offers before we then agreed a new sale above the asking price. I am somewhat surprised to see you review, given the above circumstances and the fact we are now eight months on from when the transaction completed. We will never have any further business with this company. Over the years we have had a very good experience with them but our recent experience selling a property in Romford it has been very poor maybe it’s just this branch but never again. The reviews on their web site by another company seem unbelievably good, so much for reviews !
