Viewings were organised well, but feedback wasn't always given promptly. The sale went through so thank you Kirsty. I spoke a lot on the phone to Brandon and Kirsty; both were always very helpful during such a stressful period.

GoogleWow! I have never delt with a less professional company. They made mistakes from day one and their reason being that they have 140 houses on their books instead of the usual 40. I have been emailing daily to get information from them, I have not received an email since the 23rd August. Just waiting for the contract to expire to move to a more reliable estate agent. I have also raised this issue higher to Natasha Milne - who assured me that I would be in 'safe hands' with Kamile Norkunaite. What a joke.

GoogleFirst class service form Cathy and the team. Sold a couple of properties for me (in fact one they sold twice as the first sale fell through - not Haart's fault I hasten to add). Had initially used another agent and had no feedback - positive or negative so switched to Haart. Kept me informed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
