GoogleI have nothing but praise for haart. They recently sold a bungalow for me & from start to finish they were extremely efficient in every aspect of marketing the property. I found them to be very professional & respectful throughout the whole process from the initial valuation visit right through to the completion date. Extra special thanks go to Kirsty who was absolutely fantastic & did most of the liaising between the buyers, their solicitor & my own, leaving no stone unturned & was pivotal in obtaining the final completion date. She is a credit to haart. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. A first class service.

FacebookBooked an appointment with Haart Wisbech to give me a valuation in order to sell my house. Within 5 minutes of booking they phoned back to change the appointment to the next day. No biggie. Except they never turned up. No phone call or email- just didn’t bother turning up. Called the number on the confirmation email who expressed extreme surprise but said they’d contact the Wisbech office who would call me back immediately. No phone call was forthcoming so I phoned the second number on the confirmation email. Spoke to the lady who had booked the initial appointment. Once again, surprised at this- so sorry- will speak to the Wisbech office and they’ll call you back directly. Of course - they didn’t. 24 hours later I decide I’ll ring them again. 01945 479778 is the number I called. Person who answered says he’s shocked. This never happens. I’ll email the person who should’ve visited you and ask them to phone you. This will take 24-48 hours. Once I’d finished laughing I told him not to bother. There are dozens of estate agencies out there who would be more than happy to visit my home. To which he replied ok. Wow. I’m a retail manager. This is not how you treat your customers. I asked for the email address of the head office so I could register my displeasure. I was told I’d have to email the Wisbech office directly. That’s how their complaints are handled. This is beyond a joke. At this point I’m beyond appalled. I’ve appointed a different agency to list my property. I’d seriously advise anyone to look elsewhere because this crew are seriously disinterested. If they can’t even be bothered to do the initial visit that should be a red flag. If they can’t be bothered to return any phone calls that’s an even bigger red flag. And to not be even slightly interested in any type of customer care is a total red explosion! I’d be 100% certain that there wouldn’t be any attempt made to even market let alone sell my house if I’d been unfortunate enough to have actually listed my property with this shower. Totally disgusted. Haart would do well to remember that there are lots of other estate agents around that couldn’t fail to do a better job.

GoogleThe customer service at Haart Wisbech is exceptional in particular Shane. Shane has been taking care of us from the very start and has been absolutely amazing. He is always prepared to answer any questions we may have and seems to give us 110 percent all the time. Highly recomended. Could not ask for better than Shane.

They put together a good marketing pack for advertising on Rightmove and Zoe attended several viewings to give additional insight into the property and local area for the potential buyers. Needless to say we accepted an offer at the asking price allowing us to move onto our next property.
