Why have an email address when you don’t reply to it. I viewed a house and I want to make an offer. Because of my job email is the only option I have during the day. No replies to 3 emails in 5 days. I called on Saturday. A lady took down details and number and said that someone would call me back right back. But no one phoned. Not on Saturday, not on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I will now view houses with other agents who hopefully have the drive to sell houses. Will not go with haart when I sell my other property.

Emailed them about a property to obtain more details but a day later and no reply so I called them and said I wanted to view a property that is accepting offers and the person took my details down and said they would call me back ASAP BUT again no call back I feel sorry for the owner of the property I wanted to view to place a offer on as now that owner has LOST money as the estate agent didn’t follow up on a buyer of their property I’m a property developer and would not use this agent to list any of my properties as I don’t trust them to get the best deal Very poor service

Everyone made the experience as easy and straight forward as possible! Shane, Megan and Kirsty helped me with buying my first home and would definitely recommend. I advise calling the branch and getting on the priority call list as this allowed me to view my new home before it was even live on their website! No complaints for Haart! Good communication with the solicitors and updates available whenever we wanted, always called me with any update they had and what they was going to do to make the process speed up! (We used the solicitors Haart recommend.) Warm, friendly and approachable staff and everyone willing to help as soon as you walk in the door or call the branch.

Haart have sold my house recently and have been amazing. We were worried about selling the house because we had been there so long and loved the hose so we spoke to quite a few agents. When we met Cathy she put us at ease straight away and she was really passionate about what she does. Her photos are great and she takes time to work with you. Shane and Brandon do the selling and did a great job. We were kept up to date a couple of times a day as per our request and the house sold within a week becuase of their hard work. When we accepted an offer we were passed over to the sales progressors Megan and Kirsty, both of whom worked really hard for us keeping us in the loop a couple of times a week to start with and daily as completion got closer. I honestly can't fault them or Haart in general. We moved out within 11 weeks of putting the house on the market and if it wasn't for Megan and Kirsty this would have been a much longer, harder process. To all the team at Haart Wisbech thanks for all your hard work.

Once I had accepted an offer for my property I was transferred to Kirsty and Megan who dealt with the progression to exchange and completion. They have the patience of a saint as I am a "fairly" volatile person and they had to deal with this on a couple of occasions. At all times they were friendly and professional and kept in contact with my buyers conveyancers, reporting back any key events to keep me updated. It was a pleasure dealing with them both.

After a complete and utter shambles with Kerry blue and the lowestoft team, who not once did anything they said they were going to do. They were rude, didn't return phone calls and made the whole experience of trying to buy a property through them exceedingly stressful. We were then taken under the wing of Kirsty young at the wisbech office and finally had someone to deal with who was polite, efficient and kept us informed all along the way.
