GoogleHaart sold my Uncle’s bungalow. Kirsty Young deserves a special mention - she always kept me up to date with the sale progress after the sale had been agreed. She helped sort out small issues and even located an oven cleaner at short notice. She also chased the progress with the Solicitors which I believe meant completion took place quicker.

GooglePerfect from start to finish on our house purchase. Everyone was very professional despite additional pressures put on them by the Covid restrictions. From the viewing with Kamile Norkunaite, who was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable when we first visited the property and recognised us immediately when we visited the office to collected the keys following completion, to Kirsty Young the sales progressor who kept an eye on progress and ensured that the sellers provided everything our solicitors needed when it was needed.

GoogleUpdate to my review after reply from Agency: Indeed the manager reached out to us and offered us to view the properties that you are selling. Thank you for that. With one small caveat, the manager told us she would confirm the viewing dates and conveniently forgot or someone else forgot to send the confirmation to us. Definitely bad customer service or discrimination. Pick and choose. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tried to view a couple of properties and was told that until the agency profiles my financial situation using their mortgage advisors we cannot see the properties. We have been having a difficult experience in the area to view houses. Either the houses are not available until we have a firm offer on our house or until they assess our finance situation. Haart agent states that the company does not want to waste time with people that can not afford buying a house. I will for sure reach out to ombudsman on these situations. These estate agents are getting worse and worse. When it is a sellers market they just treat buyers poorly and then on a buyers market they bend backwards to please. Horrible service. If a manager can reach out to me I would be more than happy to discuss. Me and my wife are starting to think that since we are not English, that we are being racially profiled. Anyway... really appalling service.NegativeProfessionalism
