GoogleAfter a complete and utter shambles with Kerry blue and the lowestoft team, who not once did anything they said they were going to do. They were rude, didn't return phone calls and made the whole experience of trying to buy a property through them exceedingly stressful. We were then taken under the wing of Kirsty young at the wisbech office and finally had someone to deal with who was polite, efficient and kept us informed all along the way.

GoogleWhilst looking for a larger property to buy i phoned haart at wisbech and explained what we as a large family were looking for and arranged for a member of staff to come out to value our property, this was done very promptly , the gentleman was polite understanding and very helpful with all questions i had, l dealt with sally in the office who hasn't at all been pressuring us for info neither has she been calling day to day, i apprecaite that so much as it can get to much for some. Sally and the other staff have been amazing and we will continue to keep in touch with them . S clear wisbech.

GoogleWe had Mr James Tingley come and do the estate agenting for our house and we were very impressed to say the least. A very friendly guy who's willing to go above and beyond and even got us the property sold within a few days... that's a result you just can't complain about. If a completely fictitious company of the name of "Silliham H Frown" had just one James Tingley they would be an awesome and reputable company and not keep us in the dark and waiting months on end all for nothing, but sadly that's just not the case at all. If you would like to sell your house give Haart a call - No! Give JT a call! If everything goes as smoothly as it has done with Haart we will be over the moon. 5 stars!

GoogleUnfortunately the property we ended up buying wasn't listed with Heart. But i felt I still needed to write a review as the service they provided us with in trying to find a property was second to none.
We were constantly updated with properties which matched our criteria and arranging a viewing was never an issue or too much trouble for them.
If we move house in the future I would without a doubt list our property with Heart purely because they are very proactive.

GoogleI called this estate agent to arrange a viewing on a property. The lady who took my call seemed like a rookie that had no interest & proceeded to get me logged on their system & asked me the same questions twice when I had already answered the question (interested in her job at all?) An appointment was eventually arranged. We turned up on time to find nobody there & called them 10 minutes later & they told us that they had tried to contact us on our landline because they were running late. When we later checked this, it was a lie, they hadn't. We left the property after 30 minutes waiting & had no apology what-so-ever. I will never do business with them again.

We initially viewed with Brandon, He was excellent, no smoke and mirrors, honest feedback about the property and immediately built a feeling of trust. Any questions he couldn't answer at the time, he found the answers to and responded to us in good time. Since making an offer the team have been very efficient, we haven't needed to chase them at all. whilst waiting for conveyencing, both Megan and Brandon have kept us up to date with any information they had.
