Fantastic experience with Laura and Hayley from the Stafford branch. Very straightforward process from viewing to move in. All my queries were answered quickly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a hassle free letting agency.

Benjamin Parry assisted me with some maintenance that needed carrying out on my flat, he was very communicative and reliable, friendly and very helpful! Very understanding of my timetable and didn't keep me on the phone too long (which is always annoying when you're told a conversation won't last too long and then end up listening to somebody speak for forty minutes) - very concise and fixed my issues quickly and calmly!

Extremely unprofessional letting agents. Disorganised, underhand, dishonest and unethical. Their only interest is in profits. Customers are not treated well or respected. I will not use this company to let a property again.
