I'm using Butters John Bee 'regularly' and ALWAYS nice and helpful staff, everything sorted on time. Worth every single penny! It's not even possible to compare with other agents as i didn't come across with agents who does what they promised - except BJB of course ;-)HIGHLY recommended!

My experience with butter John Bee was great , delt with Jenna Stelfox, who was brilliant, nothing was a hassle for her, will promptly respond to any of our queries , very professional and polite .The renting process was straight forward cant recommend this agency enough :)

Quite disappointed overall from my experience with BJB. Had multiple issues with the property i was in, including a faulty front door which was reported December 2019. I moved out last month and this still hadn't been sorted. Its the letting agents job to ensure the landlord keeps the property in a livable and safe condition. This was not done and as a tenant i shouldn't have to be chasing for updates every week.

Their initial valuation was way out (but the same as 2 other agents I invited to quote). Professional service and they obtained a sale.They kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. All their staff that I had contact with were professional and helpful.
