The team are amazing

The team are amazing, they have excellent communication skills and always come back with the information that I required for my property. I liaised with Gurdia and Nicola for several weeks and at no point did they make me feel that I was taking up their time or when I asked a silly question they always gave me sufficient information. I felt very relaxed in dealing with them. They arranged to appointments to suit my busy working schedule, Nicola even went out of her way and contacted me during the weekends to prioritise appointments. Thank you very much to you all.

Still waiting no reply .

Wrote a review last year .About the terrible state our new property after butters John bee letting company had supposed to have maintained it .When got in touch they said was okay when we last saw it .It was in a terrible condition .More or less said ,tough .From the review the housing side said they would pass it on to letting department .End of June now still no reply .Butters john bee a company to be proud of

Rang few times try to book an appointment to view one of the property just put on market , been told that we are on the waiting list & they will let us know soon as possible but have been waiting for more than 4 weeks , nothing feedback , even don’t have a chance to view the property, feel awful with the poor service 👎👎👎
