GoogleI recently stayed at a lovely two bedroom apartment in Windsor, it was easy to book and the location to the shops and restaurants couldn’t be better. I will definitely be coming back.

FacebookWe reserved and paid in full for a house in London. Two months prior to arrival date we were informed the property is no longer available and a full refund will be provided, no explanation why that was the case other than “property is no longer available”.

We are sorry you felt the need to publicly not recommend us. You were given two months notice and were issued a full refund, minimising any disruption to your travel plans. We even offered to assist you with alternative arrangements. We manage a large portfolio of properties and owners may, at their discretion, remove them from our booking platform providing they give us sufficient notice (2 months). I trust you have been able to amend your travel plans, but do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance. Thanks.

No mattress protector, mattress so dirty covered in black hairs and longer hairs! dead flies on window ledges! urine soaked mattresses. Exposed wires honestly the most shocking lie of a property I have ever seen! I have so many pictures it's not letting me upload. GoogleWonderful experience with Tempstay. Spent two months in Windsor and the Tempstay staff accommodated every need. We will be back for another two months + in 2023 and wouldn't think of going with any other service.
