GoogleFantastic accommodation throughout this beautiful home. Split over 3 levels, a well equipped garden, plenty of seating and lounging areas inside and outside in the warm weather and the location could not have been any better for us. We will definitely be back as the communication from the guys was always outstanding and courteous. Great value for money!

FacebookIt’s such a shame you can’t rate hosts (prior to arrival but after a confirmed reservation)on Airbnb to protect other users from running into the same scam. As reported here previously our stay was also cancelled close to 2 months before arrival with a lousy reasoning of „no longer available“. Companies like this are ruining trust in the Airbnb platform for users. After seeing the other reviews and pictures though, I’m really glad we didn’t stay at one these properties 🤢

GoogleI have been working with Tempstay for the last 9 months and find then very helpful. Tom & Russel are great to work with and they provide a great service - always happy to help and respond to queries promptly. The cleaners they use to clean their rental properties are also very good. I highly recommend Tempstay for advertising and renting your rental properties.

GoogleIf you are a frequent business traveler, do not use Temp Stay. Overpriced, worst customer service, rude staff and apartments with unusable kitchen utensils and faulty shower taps. If you ask them to consider your issues, they won’t care, but will happily charge you premium price for a 1 star service. I would seriously reconsider using this company. They are not worth the trouble.

Hi Ana, A full inspection of the property was carried out when you left the property (of which you stayed the whole stint), and we found some pots and pans which were due an upgrade. Whilst we deemed them perfectly fine for use, we accept they could have been replaced earlier and we would have done so if you had notified your dissatisfaction with them prior to check out. GoogleIt truly surprises me to see good reviews for this company. For me it was a very disappointing experience. I have been staying in short lets for the last three years. The worst experience of all. Terrible customer service, their cleaning standards are questionable. For what I was paying, I imagined a completely different experience. I will never be staying with Tempstay again

GoogleIt’s our first time to use Tempstay. They were extremely responsive, kind and understanding at all our requests. We stayed in their Lodge property in Old Windsor. Such a beautiful house with an amazing garden to have family gatherings. We will definitely use them again.

GoogleShocking. Guests locked in bedroom for 1.5 hours as handle broke. Lodged emergency with Tempstay who never responded so I had to call emergency locksmith and Tempstay haven't apologised or offered to reimburse me. Tv didn't work. They did send someone same day but couldn't fix and they took no further action. I will never again rent a holiday property run by Tempstay. Once bitten...

FacebookI have been left no choice but to write this review and to escalate this weekends situation further due to it being poorly dealt with from start- finish. I am utterly disgusted by the whole experience, in which ruined our WHOLE stay and having 2 guests leave and not staying for the last night due to the safety and dangerous situation you put us and 3 babies in. As we arrived at the property as promised (recored in an email) there was meant to be permits that we paid £60 In total for was meant to be inside. No permits was at the property. We got told to wait till the next day untill they arrive (they never arrived) we risked the cars having a fine after being outside in a zone with no permits. With only 1 car having a private parking space, We got told we had to move our cars by 8:30am by neighbours. This meant we all had to be out of the house by 8:30am so our cars was not in the zone. Luckily we was all up by then due to an inconvenience situation. In fact we was all up since 2:30am due to the discovery of minimum 200 bed bugs in the bedroom crawling all over our bodies and my 1 yr old daughter. We woke up as one crawled in to my daughters mouth and was choking and continued being violently sick. The sheets have blood on them from where they have bit us. The whole room was infested with them (video and photo evidence to prove). We had no choice but to leave the room and throw away all our belongings as health and safety states you no longer can use any furniture and items in that room due to contamination and spread. We all had to shower at early hours. Babies included. This was so upsetting for us to witness but completely our of our control. We had no where to sleep and offices were shut until 9am. A voicemail was left. 9:08 am i got through to a gentleman who responding very surprised and said I would hear back within the next hr to see what could be done. We had legoland booked this was ruined as we didn’t know what was going to happen as we had no where to stay. We had a phone call that afternoon to say we got a replacement home that matched our current stay. This was wrong as we had a replacement FLAT. With 4 flights of stairs and 3 pushchairs. NOT ideal when they have another 128 properties in the area fitted to criteria alot better. The heating was not working just like the first house as the temperatures are controlled on their end. This meant we was going to be freezing again like the first night with no radiators on. Must be the same at all properties? So a gentleman had to call the maintenance man in but could not fix. We was left with 2 electric heaters. (Pictures to prove) yet again with 3 young babies a freezing house in the winter is unacceptable. We then had to call for a carrycot as we used the one at the last property but was infested with bed bugs. We got told that one of the workers was in the argos que buying a new one. This was a LIE. It got dropped off at the property (assuming it was new). We went out for dinner and came back and put this carry cot up to discover they had brought the SAME INFESTED CARRY COT from the previous property. (Pictures to prove) This is highly dangerous as you have now contaminated the other property and other bedroom. We was also left to discover a brown sheet full of mould under the bed. By this point its 10;30 pm and we cannot get hold of anyone as offices are shut. 2 guests now have to travel 3 hrs home as the bedroom with the infested carrycot had now been contaminated because the cot was put on top of the bed. They had no where to sleep. This is totally unacceptable and been dealt with very poorly. I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else as you clearly didn’t care about us and 3 1 yr olds. I have no choice but to leave a bad review. Appalled to say the least.

GoogleI've just started renting my house with Tempstay and they've been great to work with. They helped me to get everything ready, worked through all scenarios with me, have found great tenants and I'm all set for 80%+ occupancy for the rest of the year. Lovely people to work with.

GoogleWe stayed in a Tempstay apartment right next to Windsor Castle. It was a great location and the apartment was exactly as described. We experienced some issues with someone else using the allocated parking space which Tempstay were super quick to help us out with. Would definitely recommend Tempstay to others!
