GoogleI agree with the negatives comments. This Estate Agent is purely money driven and has little interest in customer care. I tried to view a property and the service I received was nothing short of terrible. no reply to email, phone calls not returned and when I managed to speak to an administrator she was rather blunt. Not worth my time.

GoogleMy short experience with this estate agent wasn't a good one. I found a rental property that matched by budget advertised on rightmove. Wasn't even hours old & I immediately sent an enquiry through rightmove portal initially. I then tried following up with a phone call on the numbers advertised a few times to arrange a viewing - no reply; Left them a voicemail. Tried to ring them Saturday morning no reply. So I then rang them first thing on Monday morning , spoke to someone in sales who said they would get their lettings lady to give me a call back. Hours go by no call back. I then phoned back again in the afternoon & finally spoke to the lady in lettings - I was told the reason I didn't get a call back was because the voicemail i've recorded few days ago had a digit missing from the phone number(which wasn't true) and its not their fault that I (supposedly don't know my own number). Their attitude just didn't sit right with me and lacked any empathy or understanding. Lets assume this was true & I got my number wrong (I did not - I am a working professional & left hundreds of voicemails & had this number for over 10+ years and wont suddenly get it wrong), they would have had my number, email address & all other contact details in writing from me through the following: 1) my rightmove & website enquiry 2) when I spoke to their sales colleague that morning when they took message for the lettings team; I won't have made the mistake 3 times I feel this was just an excuse to not get me onto viewings stage A bit of more respect towards your prospective tenants could go a long way. Disappointing to say the least.

GoogleI’ve had the worst experience with Horler & Associates for a property purchase in Windsor. Their customer service is below par. They did not fulfil their responsibilities in the purchase transaction, made false promises. Do not respond to correspondence and are rude. Definitely avoid.

GoogleI cannot praise Horler's Estate Agents enough. When Richard came to value my Mum's house for Probate, he had printed off a folder of similar houses that had been sold in the road. We decided to use them to sell my Mum's house and they produced a great brochure of photos and accurate details of the property. The whole process has only taken 3 1/2 months, which is very swift in these current Covid times. James found a buyer on the first day it went on sale and both James and Richard have kept us informed throughout the whole process, by text, emails and phone calls. They have both been very professional, hard working and polite, but have also been kind and compassionate as they were selling my childhood home that my Mum lived in for 71 years. They are a super family firm and every member of staff I have contacted has been very keen to help and answer any queries. I am so pleased that I chose Horlers and would thoroughly recommend them to sell or rent anyone's property. THEY ARE THE BEST!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRude staff! Not the first encounter with this agent. If you don't like your job do something else. Wasted my time previously on a sale and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and refrained from leaving a review. My call today was to put an offer in, I won't be doing so as I was talked to very disrespectfully. Drop the attitude and learn how to talk to people.
