GoogleTerrible company to try to do business with. Have tried to arrange viewings for 2 different properties, both occasions took a number of calls to get an answer. When answered was told the agents were busy and would call me back. Did receive a call back once, pencilled in a day/time for the booking and was told would get a call or email to confirm. Nothing. Did chase, but the agent was not available or would call back. We have excluded all properties listed with Chancellors from our search criteria.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleUnprofessional and useless. Terrible communication. Difficult to get basic information from staff. Zero follow up. Nobody answers the phone. Avoid!
