Since Christopher started supporting the sale of my property, things progressed very smoothly. He was very pro-active in getting more traffic on the site for my flat, he kept me up to date with progress and provided some useful solutions when facing some challenges. I really enjoyed interacting with Christopher and at no point did I feel he was a 'pushy estate agent'. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I won’t name anyone in the branch but there needs to be some training provided to help the lettings team improve customer experience. This was dreadful, time wasting and painful. I do not wish this on my worst enemy. But I should mention Beth Stokes at the Central lettings office, and while she is off on holiday today her stand in Scarlet Hitchcock are both extremely disorganised and have absolutely no clue what they are doing. I am pretty sure there are a lot more competent people looking for jobs. If I could give 0 STARS, I would have done so. I am pretty sure they have broken some kind law or breach of contract. My lease starts today, as to come and pick up keys at 8:30am it is now 12 noon and guess what I am still waiting, not because I have done anything wrong but because they literally have no idea what they are doing. I have finally been handed the keys at 11:25. HORRIBLE ** INCOMPETENT ** STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

Aroosa and Hazem have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as I’ve gone to put one of my properties in the local area up for rent. Having used the majority of their competitors I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Chancellors are the market leaders in this area. This is largely down to their team, with Aroosas efficiency and effectiveness making light work of what was, before using Chancellors, an arduous task. Also, Hazems knowledge of the area and expertise in the mark ensured the property was swiftly let out at a price point no other estate agent came close to even matching. I would highly recommend and once again a special shout out to both Aroosa and Hazem for their tremendous efforts.

I wasn't expecting to find a property in a week. I was surprised and amazed. I have got the most positive approach from Chancellors Windsor. I received a call on Thursday, viewing is booked for Friday and we started to proceed but the process didn't go well as it started. I was the first in line and I confidently replied to the email on the same day(viewing day, Friday) as I was happy to rent the property. Even though it was early for me to move in but I didn't want to say no because we agreed. Then I was waiting for the reply to upload the necessary documents online. I haven't got a reply or call for the update since last week. It was just a waste of my time.
