We have had a wonderful experience in renting our place from Chancellors in Windsor. Hazem was able to find us a stunning place and it has been a pleasure to deal with him throughout the process. Always extremely clear about everything, professional, polite and very easy to reach. We have now moved into our new place which we are really enjoying, there were a couple of small adjustments that we required which were dealt with very quickly by Hazem. It was a pleasure working with Chancellors. I was in a difficult situation with a property is a run down state that needed renovation and a tenant quickly. Chancellors were amazing. I would particularly like to thank Hasem and Jennifer. Hasem made himself available to let a contractor in at 7am!. Fortunately this was not needed but it shows the extent this company will go to help landlords and tenants. I'm giving Chancellors as a company 2 stars Hazem Roushdy of the Windsor branch. However, I will give a thousand stars for the way I've been treated by him from the very 1st interaction. The highest level of professionalism, but even beyond that, just empathy. Moving house is one of the most stressful experiences any human being can endure and I can wholeheartedly say had it not been for Hazem, I'd seek legal advice to exit this tenancy immediately. I couldn't recommend him more than I already have for supporting me through what I can only describe as a horrific move, going far beyond what is in his job description!
