Hi Kian,
What a different review from the first one you posted which was an absolute fabrication of the truth. You have gone from being in the flat to running into the tenant, who confirmed he didn’t say that there were rats, intermittent electric or poor WIFI. I have all of this in writing.
I can confirm a cancellation email was sent on the Friday prior to the viewing. I can only apologise you didn’t receive that in time.
I have tried to call you numerous times to rearrange but have had no response.

She runs a fantastic letting's agency and she is extremely dedicated and focused on providing the best possible service to her clients. As someone who doesn't have too much time for the day to day I don't have to worry as she is absolutely on top of all aspects of the tenancies and properties.
