GoogleFirst of all, Thank you for allowing me to stay on one your property. The apartment i stayed is very clean, quite and near to all public transportation. I hate to moved out to the property but for personal reasons I needed to. Thank you as well to Jade and Nicole who's very accommodating and attentively responsive if you have any questions and concerns. I also thank Jade for appreciating me how I left the room tidy, cleaned and ready for the next tenant to moved in. I just hope that tenants wants to moved out should clean the room before handed over to tha landlord. Again, Thank you for giving me a safe space to stay. Good luck and be blessed!

I cannot emphasize enough what a disgusting individual Nicole Barratt-Rae is. She tried and was fairly successful in ripping us off on a rental property that was nothing like she described it. A true con artist of the highest degree and i can honestly say that you should never deal with this company or individual. She was reprimanded twice by the ombudsman and then tried to claim a ridiculous amount of money from our deposit. Thank you to the DPS who clearly saw through her dishonesty. The authorities should withdraw her license immediately as she leads the public astray with her "Hollier then though attitude" and white collar criminal activities.

Dear Rael, As you know your wife contacted my company regarding letting a property that I advertised on a "tenant find service" for a landlord. You were not in the country and your wife and myself carried out a virtual viewing, I then continued to discuss the property and sent further photos when your wife requested them to clarify any issues raised so to say the property was not as described is incorrect. There was plenty of opportunity to ask for further photos or even another virtual viewing but you did not request this. The landlord offered to release you from the tenancy once you found somewhere else to live but you proceeded to make everyone's lives hell with your vitriole and unnecessary vile comments. The lawyer involved even had to threaten you with the police as you tried to bully him as well. (I can clarify this all with evidence). If we were con artists we wouldn't of offered to release you from the tenancy and pay you back the rent, so your review does not make sense but anyway I hope you are happier in your new property. I will clarify, I am still very much a member of the The Property Redress Scheme and have never been fined or reprimanded by them. The landlord was responsible for the deposit and deduction amounts. As the Deposit was held in our DPS account our role here was simply administrative, as mentioned this was a Tenant Find Service only.
