Very helpful team specially Nicole who kept us updated through out the renting process and accommodated our requests in the contract. our move was very smooth and we even received a very thoughtful gift pack on our move in. Nicole helped us sort out some initial small issues very promptly. Our stay remained comfortable and when we were moving out there were no issues. Would be very happy to do business them in future as well.

Googlebooked a viewing and current tenant cancelled and the agent involved didnt let me know so went to viewing anyway and ran into the current tenant. We spoke and they told me their experience

Hi Kian, What a different review from the first one you posted which was an absolute fabrication of the truth. You have gone from being in the flat to running into the tenant, who confirmed he didn’t say that there were rats, intermittent electric or poor WIFI. I have all of this in writing. I can confirm a cancellation email was sent on the Friday prior to the viewing. I can only apologise you didn’t receive that in time. I have tried to call you numerous times to rearrange but have had no response.

GoogleVery good attention and service. She did the paperwork comfortable and the entrance to the room. There was only a small problem with the cleaning under the bed that was not clean, but nothing I could not solve in 5 minutes. 100% recommendable

She runs a fantastic letting's agency and she is extremely dedicated and focused on providing the best possible service to her clients. As someone who doesn't have too much time for the day to day I don't have to worry as she is absolutely on top of all aspects of the tenancies and properties. There have been numerous occasions she's gone above and beyond anything that could have been expected to resolve issues (some very sensitive) as quickly as possible for which I'm very grateful. Similarly her relationship with my tenants has always been very strong. GoogleNicole has been excellent since day one! Not only did she help push the papers through so that I could match my move out date from my old residence but her and Jason have consistently kept the house in great shape!
