Great service

My experience with Prospect has been very positive so far. I have been using Prospect them to manage two of my properties. The entire team is great and very supportive.  The process of managing my properties has been very smooth and have been updated the process throughout.  The management charges are reasonable but any work quotes I receive from their contractors are more expensive compare to the market.My current Property Manager, Beckie Baxter, has been really great answering my queries immediately and always keep me update with the progress.

Avoid this scammers ( Agent Charlie)After the viewing Mr. Charlie called us if we liked the property and if we would like to put an offer on. So I told him we liked it but we only willing to take it if they repaint the walls, and because they repaint it we are willing to pay the price without negotiating. After 10 min Mr. Charlie calling us back that the landlord accepted our offer. During the reference check I asked him 2 times how is the painting going and if is going to be ready in time his answer was its only going to take 1 day. Today we want to get the keys for the property and surprise nothing was done. So I called the landlord finding out that he didn't even know about that my offer was that we taking the house only if is going to be repainted. So called Mr. Charlie ending up lying in my face. Its unbelievable some people what they are capable to do for a little commission. Also we find the house quite dirty. AVOID THIS AGENCY IF YOU CAN

I’m usually very positive in all aspects of business however I’d be very careful with this company if you decide to choose them for any housing transactions - as I signed a contract with them and they changed the contract without my consent and I’ve still had no resolve thought I’d put this out there - so it doesn’t happen again to the good people of this world. Suggestions if you decide to choose them Read your contract and re read it - if they ever send it to you (I’d request a copy of your contract on a monthly basis .) What’s now owed to me I hope it goes to a charity as this review is based on principle and nothing more than I personally had a bad experience with them. Well done prospect I wish you all the best Ps : don’t bother doing complaints they get filed in the trash

I have been very satisfied with my property manager Agnese Rees. Ever since she had been appointed as my property manager she had always been polite, friendly, professional, highly responsive (even during out-of-office hours) and has truly given her best to find the best solution to any given issue at hand within a reasonable time frame. Marketed my property without permission

Prospect estate agents approached me about selling my property as they had someone looking for a property like mine in that area. They came and valued my property on a Saturday. They gave me an agreeable valuation. I then enquired about their fees the following week and found them to be extortionate. I politely declined their services by email. An email they ignored (professional). I went with a much more friendly, reasonably priced agent and got my property on the market. When I was looking online for my advert that the current agent had produced I realised Prospect had marketed my property WITHOUT instruction at 10% lower than the price they said I should be selling my property for. They just took it upon themselves to market my property. Clearly an illegal move. I have been in contact with the office asking for the head offices details multiple times and they ignored me. No apology. I will be taking this further. Avoid these money grabbing cow boys.
